| Description: | The drive for quality products and services has led many
organizations to begin Business Process Improvement (BPI) -- an examination
of their own internal processes with an eye toward improving them in ways
that will enhance their efforts to meet customer requirements and improve
supplier inputs. This two-day workshop looks at the drivers behind
the push for continuous organizational improvement and the internal framework
that must be in place to make a BPI initiative work. Some basic BPI
tools are taught and applied to real world processes.
